Terms and Conditions
PRICES, BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
- All prices and itineraries are current and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
- A 25% administrative fee will apply for a booking cancelled at any time and 50% cancellation fee will apply for a booking cancelled within 72 - 24 hours before the tour date. Within 24 hours before the tour 100% cancellation fee applies.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged.
- Children (4-12 years) receive a 25% discount off adult fares unless otherwise stated.
- Children under 4 years are free.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel tours & amend prices, itineraries & days of operation as required.
- Request of child booster seats, capsules and child restraints is subject to extra payment.
- You should notify Wild Koala Tours if you have luggage at the time of booking. The operator is not responsible for the consequences of failure to inform Wild Koala Tours about it.
HOTEL PICK-UPS
- All tours include pick-ups from the hotels located in the City. If you stay outside the City you should notify Wild Koala Tours at the time of booking and from those hotels is a subject to extra payment
- For hotel pick-ups, customers are expected to wait outside hotel 5 minutes prior to pick-up time.
ON-BOARD RULES
- Smoking is not permitted aboard the vehicle.
- Hot food or drinks are not permitted aboard the vehicle.
- All passengers are required to wear seat belts in seat belt equipped vehicles.
- Wild Koala Tours is not responsible for the provision, installation and securing of children and child booster seats, capsules and child restraints. Parents, guardians or the client are responsible to provide, install and secure all child restraint and booster seats.
- One hand bag is allowed on board the vehicle, unless otherwise requested and approved.
LUGGAGE ON-BOARD
- Luggage is not welcome on board the vehicle. If requested, it is subject to extra payment
- Wild Koala Tours staff is not responsible for loading and unloading of any luggage items as well as for any damage.
- Wild Koala Tours is not responsible for losses of property during the tour.
